As the name suggests, this is a 1968 model and considered to be the most prized possession of its owner, this car looks so stunning with its superb exteriors as well as interiors.

It is believed that only 70 such cars were made with 4 speeds and 80 Dodge Darts. All these darts were shipped to Grand Spalding Dodge. Built with a lightweight fiberglass front end and hood along with an acid dipped front bumper and a lightweight corning glass, this car is simply beautiful.

As far as the interiors of 1968 Hemi Barracuda Car are considered, you will no longer notice a radio, rear seat and a heater that were present in it earlier. Moreover, all the sound deadening has been removed from under the carpet of this antique car. Apart from this, window mechanisms have been replaced by straps.

Talking about the seats, the original seats of 1968 Hemi Barracuda Car were also replaced with lightweight A 100 van seats that are now attached to aluminum brackets. You must also know that the role cage will be replaced to make it eligible for Nostalgia Racing.

This car was once completely thrashed and went under restoration. Its front end was severely damaged and it was painted like new and the interiors were done again.

The good thing was that its drive train was left intact. It took two years of restoration done by Easton Auto Body. This was the first attempt of any restoration for a muscle car and it was indeed appreciated by people.

In fact, 1965 Corvette 327 Muscle Car looked amazing even than its former look. In other words, after renovation, this muscle car gained a new look that was more appealing and attractive.

In case, you haven’t heard about it, you can read about it now. To begin with, let’s inform you that the muscle car era features cars and trucks that were built between 1964 and 1972.

These muscle cars were actually a product of the Classic Car Era. It is believed that these strong cars were evolved from the feverish consumerism that actually followed World War II. The truth is that the muscle cars were evolved by accident at the time when Detroit was attempting to stop the invasion of imported cars with new.

Muscle cars include cars like Camero, Firebird and Barracuda. These cars were in fact, the most popular muscle cars. The shock for the muscle car era came when Congress passed the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFÉ) rule in the year 1978. As a result of this rule, the muscle car era ended all of a sudden.

Due to the unrest after the Second World War and the Suez Crisis, which resulted in shortage of petroleum in Britain, there was a need for a high mileage car in the market. This is when Leonard Lord, chairman of British Motor Corporation went to engineer Alec Issigonis to design a car that could compete with the high-mileage German import cars.

Issigonis did some unique additions and subtractions while creating the new design. Hedeveloped 10-inch wheels for the model, mounted the engine transversely unlike usual, used 950 cubic centimeters four-cylinder powerplant, let the gearbox share the engine space and transferred power to the front wheels using a constant-velocity joint.

All these tactics allowed Issigonis to contract his engine compartment to just 18 inches. Overall his Morris Mini Minor-Austin had 120 inches of total length with seating space for four people.

It is an uncommissioned fiberglass rod specifically created for resale.

The idea of redesigning the 1934 Chevy Coupe Car was inspired from the body-and-chassis combinations of ’34 Chevy model.

The bodies of such models come all-inclusive with fenders and grille shell. In addition, they also have a 3 5/8-inch chop and a three-piece steel hood.

Moreover, other than little blocking and priming, nothing much of bodywork was required in the car for it to send for painting. The Chevy Coupe is not equipped with any hardware and trim to keep its originality intact.

Furthermore, the car was also kept in its original color, basically to keep it originality intact. The car is being kept in its monochromatic version.

As far as the body chassis is concerned, it is created out of a boxed frame. This frame further has Mustang II components, which also include things like manual steering, spindles, and front disc brakes.

Other features include big wheels, original five-spokes Yokohama tires, clean, contemporary look, both inside and outside, and custom seats, which looks fabulous.

The Raging Bulls Lamborghini’s are plain body units as of now. However, they are expected to be covered by sponsors soon.

The first session of test drive went smooth. The first session was launched under perfect setting, when these cars were tested on few kilometers. The cars are supposed to be transported to UAE for the race soon.

Karl Wenlinger and Max Nilsson are the first two drivers who could be seen on these new racing cars. They are escorting the car during transportation, while two more nominations are expected to come very soon by SRT.

The two cars are specially created for GTI racing by a team of Reiter Engineering. The team also delivered the cars in perfect state to SRT. It is to be noted that SRT drove a Nissan in 2010 season where their performance was not up to the mark.

Though, due to time constraint the two cars have not been tested in detail, however, it will be clear when the race starts on March 23 in Abu Dhabi.

There were some issues in modifying the cars initially to make it best for the track. But, everything was perfectly set including the teams and the cars for the race now.

The wait is now for the head to head competition in the 2011 FIA GT1 World Championship.

McLaren M6A, a racing car, was developed by Bruce McLaren along with his racing team for the entry into the Can-Am season, 1967. It came primarily as the replacement for the M1Bs and interestingly helped win them their first championship amongst many at Can-Am. The M6A was replaced by M8A during the 1968 season and in the meantime McLaren and Trojan came together to build the M6B.

The name M6 was used later in developing sports car for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and was called the M6GT. However, the company failed to qualify for FIA’s Group four regulations. Only a very few M6GT were completed. Later, the M6GT were transformed into road cars and one of them was used by Bruce McLaren for his personal transport.

Bruce gathered a number of designers during 1967’s off season in order to build the McLaren M6A. People like Gordon Coppuck, Robin Herd, Don Beresford and Tyler Alexander joined Bruce in working on the car. This car boasts of the 1st monocoque chassis ever constructed by McLaren and the body was specially designed to create more force which is best suited for the Can-Am circuits. The most significant change was the replacement of Firestone by Goodyear as the tire supplier.

The spring of 1967 saw the first McLaren completed and tested at the Goodwood circuit. It was extensively tested before being shipped off to North America for preparing for the race. The final addition was an orange paint. The orange color later became symbolic of McLaren.
