McLaren M6GT Car

McLaren M6A, a racing car, was developed by Bruce McLaren along with his racing team for the entry into the Can-Am season, 1967. It came primarily as the replacement for the M1Bs and interestingly helped win them their first championship amongst many at Can-Am. The M6A was replaced by M8A during the 1968 season and in the meantime McLaren and Trojan came together to build the M6B.

Nissan 240Z 

The Nissan S30 was the first of the Z sporty double seater coupes manufactured by Nissan Motors during the period of 1969 to 1978. In Japan, it was sold as Nissan Fairlady Z, while in the rest of the markets it was called the Datsun 240Z, which later was renamed as 260Z and 280Z. This car was designed under the leadership of Yoshihiko Matsua, who headed the Styling Studio of Nissan’s sports cars.

Fiat 500 Car

The Fiat 500 was manufactured between the years 1957 and 1975 by Fiat in Italy. The only model that was manufactured beyond 1975 was the Fiat500K, which was last manufactured in 1977. This car was launched and marketed as Nuova 500 and was promoted as a cheap and handy town car, so as to counter the growing congestion in the cities of Italy. It was a small car, measuring a meager 2.97 meter and was powered by a very small double cylinder, 479 cc, air-cooled engine. The Fiat 500 was the pioneer of the city cars as it redefined the concept of small cars.

Towards the end of 1960, both Volkswagen and Porsche were feeling the absence of some new models. In order to fulfil their contract with Porsche, Volkswagen had to give the 914 project to Porsche which was under the charge of Ferdinand Piech. The Porsche 914 was originally intended to be sold with a four cylinder engine as a Volkswagen and as a Porsche with six cylinder engine, but considering the risk of two models sharing the same body, both versions of the car were sold as Porsche in North America.
