The popular car Rolls-Royce Corniche from the makers Rolls-Royce Motors manufactured between the year 2000 – 2002 is a four-seater luxury car. This two-door made in UK car has a cabriolet body and is one of the flagship cars from the house of Rolls-Royce.
This particular model is the fifth Rolls-Royce Corniche model in the series and it was one of the most expensive cars of its time in the year 2000 with a price tag of US$ 359,900.
The Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer cars were introduced in the market by its manufacturer Ferrari in Italy during the period from 1973 to 1984. Unlike in the earlier models, the company used a mid-mounted flat-12 engine for this car rather than the FR layout Daytona model.
Enzo Ferrari, the founder of Ferrari, the Italian automotive company, approved the production of the Berlinetta Boxer after much persuasion from his engineers because he felt that these cars would be too difficult to handle. But in the late 50s, when marque started losing its dominance to mid-engined Dino racing cars, Ferrari also allowed production in 1971.
The Subaru division of the Fuji heavy Industries first produced the Subaru 360, an automobile mass between 1958 and 1971. The Subaru 360 had an air cooled engine of 356 cc and 2-stroke, which was transversely mounted at the rear. The engine was especially designed in a way to ensure it doesn’t exceed 360 cc so that it would qualify for the keicar class in Japan. The body had a monocoque construction and the roof panel was made of fiberglass. At that time (1958) it was considered to very advanced.
In 1958, when the 360 was introduced the engine was 16 hp and the company claimed that it was highly fuel efficient at 66 mpg. However, by the time production was over the powered increased considerably to 25 hp and had the option of a 36 hp twin-carbureted engine.
The Ford Torino was produced by Ford Motor Company between the years 1968 and 1976, targeting the North American market. It is an intermediate vehicle and has been named after an Italian city, Turin.
Initially it was the upscale version of Ford Fairlane, an intermediate car built by Ford during the 1960s. The year 1968 saw Ford retaining the name Fairlane for the base models that had lower trim as compared to those cars which bore the Torino name. Torino during this time was considered to be a sub-series of the Fairlane.
The Citroen Traction Avant was manufactured from 1934 to 1957 by French manufacturer Citroen. Designed by Flaminio Berttoni and Andre Lefebvre in 1933-34, the Avant was a ground-breaking front wheel drive machine. About 760,000 units were manufactured during this period.

The Lamborghini LM002, an SUV, was built by Lamborghini from 1986 to 1993. During this period an estimated 300 vehicles were built. This for many came as a surprise as Lamborghini has always been known to produce supercars and grand tourers. This project originally was initiated in the year 1977 as a prototype car that was code named “Cheetah” and Lamborghini wanted to sell this car to the US army.
Mazda MX-5, a very popular car from the stable of Mazda situated in Hiroshima, Japan, has been there since 1989 and is known by different names in various regions. In Europe and Oceania it is known as MX-5, the North Americans call it MX-5 Miata and in Japan it is called the Roadster.
The four-seat and two door experimental car, 101EX was launched by Rolls Royce in
the year 2008 as a series version. The 101EX was hand built in Goodwood, England, the
company’s manufacturing plant. This car completed the Phantom family lineup along
with the Phantom Drophead Coupé, Phantom Extended Wheelbase and the Phantom.
The fall of the year 1959 saw Opel Kapitan roll off its production line for the first time in Russelsheim. The Opel Kapitan was internally known as Opel Kapitan P2 2.6 ltr and courtesy its unique design, state-of-art technology and high comfort level, it became a big hit in a very short span of time, a best seller to be precise. By the year 1964, it had already sold 145,616 units and this made it the highest selling P2 2.6 ltr Opel Kapitan ever.
