 Ferrari F430 Challenge

The Ferrari F430 Challenge reaffirms the automakers link between the GT and Sporting division of its product line. The car has been designed keeping the sportier clients in mind. Introduced in 2006, the Ferrari F430 Challenge completely replaced the road-going version, the Ferrari 360 Challenge. Although the car has undergone many modifications, it still retains its look and now hosts a lot many new features.

The Ferrari F430 has also gone under a number of development tests that were held at Fiorano and other reputed circuits and such honed features that would definitely be approved by its drivers. The car also uses carbon ceramic material for the breaking system which has never been used in any other Ferrari sports competition car.

Ferrari F430 Challenge 1The car has an electronic gearbox similar to the one found in the Grand Prix car. The two plate clutch and some detailed software offers stunning gear changing time even in the most difficult track conditions.

The 19 inch tyres of the Challenge have been developed by Pirelli and are in compliance with the racing regulations. The sporty car has been designed specifically with less weight and weighs just 1225 kg. The mechanical differential replacing the E-Diff and a mechanical system replacing the EBD allow the drivers to take full control of the car.

The new steering wheel of the Ferrari F430 Challenge with a quick release mechanism makes it very easy for the drivers to get in and out of the car. The new exhaust system and the high tail pipes located centrally characterize the rear of the car.

I remember this candy green, as well as the white being very popular colors for this car. The limited edition TR-8 (same look) was extremely popular as well, but the pricey tag made it very limited indeed.

A truly beutiful Ferrari to watch as it took turns at low speeds, only to slingshot around the next car into the straight.

Just for you to know, the Consul Capri was produced in over 17.000 cars and some 1800GT models
