Classic coupe cars like Bentley Continental GT have always held a special place in the heart of those who like classic cars. This grand tourer coupe car features two doors and a 2+2 seating arrangement. It was released in 2003 to replace the previous Rolls Royce based Continental R and T car models.

Fitted with a 6.0L and twin-turbocharged W12 engine, Bentley Continental GT car has got the power to produce 552 hp with an amazing top speed of 198 mph or 319 km/h. The credit for designing this elegant car goes to Belgian designer Dirk van Braeckel. This age car was built on the famous Volkswagen Group D1 platform.

Various parts of Bentley Continental GT were assembled in Crewe, England and Osnabruck, Germany. An interesting thing to know about this Bentley car is that in 2007 it was driven by World Rally Champion Juha Kankkunen, who broke the world speed record on ice on the frozen Baltic Sea near Oulu, Finalnd.

The more advanced and convertible version of Bentley Continental GT, Continental GTC was released in 2005. After that in 2007, its model called the Continental GT Speed was launched with a power to be driven at a top speed of 202 mph.
