All the car fanatics desire to be the owner of Ferrari and appreciate the art. So this time, you also can be one proud owner of 1998 Ferrari 355 Spider Car. Available at a price of a new Porsche, the beautiful Ferrari 355 has black leather interior with Giallo Modena.

The manual 6 speed transmission will surely get you praise for your driving skills. The delicate thin chrome upright shifter will dance to your tunes once you get used to it.

With less than 200miles of reading, the 3.5 Litre V-8 car is just like new. It is indeed a very well maintained car which will make you experience new heights of driving. The sound of engine will make you believe that the car is a thoroughbred sports car.

The car for sure is a delight to drive and will make you forget your destination as you will be so engulfed in the driving pleasure. Clean Carfax, clean Oregon title, fresh engine and exhaust, nice yellow color, new tires, smooth start valve guide updates – all in all a perfect package. SO what’s stopping you from putting your hands on it?

The story of the birth of the Ferrari 250 GTO dates long back which can be named as the year 1962. The car manufacturing company Ferrari made this GT car took two years 1962 to 1964 for making this car which was being produced to take part in the category of FIA’s Group 3 Grand Touring Car. There is a particular reason behind each part of this car. Just like the name Ferrari stands for its maker, the numerical digits too have certain denotations. The digits 250 signify the size of each cylinder of the engine in cubic centimeters and the term GTO stands for “Gran Turismo Omologata” in Italian which means “Grand Touring Homologated.”

The perfection of this car has got more precise and invaluable by the limited number of these models manufactured. Only a few people were lucky enough to possess a car like it for its limited edition. In the years ’62/’63, only 36 cars of the Ferrari 250 GTO was manufactured. This was the first series and then the second series, the ‘Series II’ was introduced in 1964. The second series had a little bit difference in the look and only three cars were made in this series. Four more were added to this category which actually were ‘Series I’ cars only with a little bit of changes and modifications. So, till then the total number of Ferraris out in the market was only 39.

The price decided for the cars were $18,000 and the buyers will have to be approved by Enzo Ferrari and his dealer on personal grounds. Gradually, new models and designs got added and in the year 2004 the 250 GTO also secured the eighth position in the list of Top Sports Cars of the 1960s as enlisted by the Sports Car International.

Dino was one of the Sports car series from the house of Ferrari produced during 1968 to 1976. This mid-engine, rear-drive dino car with RMR layout having V6 V8 engines was, in fact, launched as relatively lower priced, and reasonable sports car brand.

The Dino brand was originally created for cars that has less than 12 cylinder engines, thereby holding back the ferrari name for V-12 and flat 12 models. But the brand was withdrawn from the market after a certain point of time to promote the original Ferrari brand.

The Ferrari Dino 246 GT & GTS were the the 2.4 L (2418 cc) Dino 246. The car had a 9.0:1 compression ratio with alloy heads and twin overhead camshaft. With Berlinetta Targa top body style and MR layout, the 246 GT & GTS had a claimed speed of 146 mph (235 km/h). This model produced during 1969 to 1974 had as many as 3,761 cars that were out in the market during that time.

The car used 2,418 cc (147.6 cu in) DOHC V6 engine with 5-speed manual all-synchromesh transmissions. The 246 Dino GT was 2,380 lb (1,080 kg) in weight, whereas the weight of the 246 Dino GTS was 2,426 lb (1,100 kg). One change that was done to save some more cost was that the body was now made of steel. The 246 Dino had a 2.1-inch (53 mm) wheelbase with a height of 43.9 inches.

Unlike in the earlier models, the company used a mid-mounted flat-12 engine for this car rather than the FR layout Daytona model.

Enzo Ferrari, the founder of Ferrari, the Italian automotive company, approved the production of the Berlinetta Boxer after much persuasion from his engineers because he felt that these cars would be too difficult to handle. But in the late 50s, when marque started losing its dominance to mid-engined Dino racing cars, Ferrari also allowed production in 1971.

The various models of Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer (BB) introduced in the market are namely, 365 GT4 BB, 512 BB, and the 512i BB. The 365 GT4 was the first Berlinetta Boxer being launched at the Turin Motor Show in 1971 and was offered on sale in the Paris Motor Show of 1973.

The 512 BB was introduced in 1976 as an upgraded version of the 365 GT4 model. The added features here include the larger 4942 cc engine with increased compression ratio of 9.2:1, amongst various others.

The last model in the series, 512i model of Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer, was introduced in the market in 1981. The main highlight of this model was the Bosch K-Jetronic CIS fuel injected motor for clean emissions and balance of performance.

With different specifications and performances, all the three Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer models swept the car market of the era.

Yoshiyuki Hayashi, the famous car collector from Japan is the proud owner of several cars with great historical significance. Some of his prized collections include Ferraris like the 166MM, couple of Daytonas, a 250 Spider California and many more. In a classic of case, he once asked Zagato if he could create a customized body for one of his Ferraris, the 575M in lines of the highly acclaimed 250GTZ Berlinetta. On receiving this request Zagato presented the idea to Ferrari and this is when the 575 GTZ Zagato was conceptualized and built. Also the timing was perfect as this was also the anniversary of this model.

Like its predecessor, the Ferrari 575 GTZ Zagota also has a complete aluminum body and became a part of the exclusive group of custom made cars. It bears a lot of resemblance with the 250 GTZ and even the paintwork and styling is quite similar. The 575 GTZ is a symbol of status and performance. It is pure work of elegance and possesses the characteristic sportiness of high end Ferrari cars.

In fact, the Zagota can give any car across generations a run for its money. It is truly a masterpiece and an apt anniversary gift for the 250 GTZ. The 575 GTZ is most definitely a very beautiful piece of engineering and foresight. Very few cars can boasts of such ideal combination of power, grace and sportiness. It is a car that didn’t follow set norms but created a unique identity for itself and became a real trend setter.

The Ferrari F430 Challenge reaffirms the automakers link between the GT and Sporting division of its product line. The car has been designed keeping the sportier clients in mind. Introduced in 2006, the Ferrari F430 Challenge completely replaced the road-going version, the Ferrari 360 Challenge. Although the car has undergone many modifications, it still retains its look and now hosts a lot many new features.

The Ferrari F430 has also gone under a number of development tests that were held at Fiorano and other reputed circuits and such honed features that would definitely be approved by its drivers. The car also uses carbon ceramic material for the breaking system which has never been used in any other Ferrari sports competition car.

The car has an electronic gearbox similar to the one found in the Grand Prix car. The two plate clutch and some detailed software offers stunning gear changing time even in the most difficult track conditions.

The 19 inch tyres of the Challenge have been developed by Pirelli and are in compliance with the racing regulations. The sporty car has been designed specifically with less weight and weighs just 1225 kg. The mechanical differential replacing the E-Diff and a mechanical system replacing the EBD allow the drivers to take full control of the car.

The new steering wheel of the Ferrari F430 Challenge with a quick release mechanism makes it very easy for the drivers to get in and out of the car. The new exhaust system and the high tail pipes located centrally characterize the rear of the car.

The Ferrari 575M is a stunning car and the name of the car says it all. The numerical code 575 indicates the increased capacity of the car which has increased to 5750 from 5500cc. The letter M of the car stands for modified which means the car that has an increased power and torque also has got changes done in all areas to enhance its performance. The prominent change being the F1 type gearbox which is the first for a 12 cylinder Ferrari road car.

The changes in the style of the car have been done keeping in mind the balance and the sober looks. The light clusters have xenon technology which gives it an aesthetic look. The car has been designed to reduce the drag to as much as possible. The Ferrari 5750M has a V12 engine which is the force behind its power and torque. The modifications done to the 12 cylinders are responsible for the improved efficiency and management of the power unit.

The car is equipped with electro-hydraulic F1 that reduces the response time giving the best experience for sports driving.
